Tamrotor Marine Compressors (TMC), a supplier of compressed air systems for marine and offshore use, has appointed a new Operations Manager at its Oslo headquarters.
Christian Ness started his new role on 1st May and a new team member, Ms Dan-Bi, Kim, has been hired to work with document control and administration out of the company’s Busan (Korea) office.
Mr Ness, who comes to the newly established role as Operations Manager from the role of IT, has more than 10 years of experience from TMC, the first years in combination with studies at BI – Norwegian Business School.
In his role as Operations Manager, he will be responsible for IT, logistics and purchasing, as well as various support functions at TMC. Jarle Strand, Purchasing & Logistics Manager and Johan Rüsing, moving from IT Service Manager to IT Manager, will report to Mr Ness.
Ms Dan-Bi, Kim started at TMC on 7th May and will be working with document control & administration at TMC’s Korea office in Busan. She has a Bachelor Degree in Public administration and Economics from Pukyong National University.
