PwC appoints new UK head of Transport & Logistics

PwC, the international brand for member firms of PricewaterhouseCoopers, has appointed Coolin Desai as the new UK head of its Transport & Logistics arm, responsible for leading and co-ordinating services to the industry across the country.

Based at PwC’s new More London offices at London Bridge, he brings 15 years’ experience of the sector to the role and takes up the post with immediate effect.

Mr Desai is also partner in the firm’s Corporate Finance practice with vast experience of transactions in the Business Services and Transport & Logistics sectors and has advised public and private companies, private equity and public sector organisations on transactions.

There are likely to be many factors impacting on the industry over the next few years and I am looking forward to helping our clients address the challenges presented, by bringing together innovation and experience from across PwC,” he said.
