The organisers of Marintec China have announced that the 2022 event, due to take place next month after having been postponed from first December 2021 and then June this year, will now take place at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) from 5 – 8 December 2023.
The Organising Committee of Marintec China has made this decision in light of continued Chinese government zero-Covid restrictions, and to ensure a safe and successful event for all involved.
For over 40 years, Marintec China has been the bridge between China and the international maritime community, providing an expansive, multi-channel opportunity for the maritime community to meet and do business. As of end of October, more than 1,500 enterprises from 30 countries and regions had confirmed their participation in the upcoming exhibition. Over 60 eminent experts from China and abroad had been invited to present at the Senior Marine Forum.
With the support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Shanghai Municipal Government, and the effort of all relevant partners, the organisers say they are dedicated to making Marintec China 2023 a highly successful event for the maritime industry.
