The United Nations Organization for UAE, Qatar and Oman has bestowed a rare honour on Dr Rashid Alleem, Director General of the Department of Seaports & Customs and Free Zones Authority, in Sharjah, UAE.
Dr Alleem received the Extraordinary Human Award for renewing his commitment to serve the cause of ushering in a new socio-economic system with more vigour and verve.
The award was presented by Sayed Aqa, Director/Manager & Representative, United Nations Organization for UAE, Qatar and Oman in a ceremony, held in Dubai, to mark the International Day for People with Disabilities.
